Another great headless, ergonomic guitar from Sankey — The Veracity. Unique to this guitar are the wood choices (Cherry/Verawood/Cherry laminate) which is used for both the neck and body. Think of this construction as using a laminate as a neck-thru construction, but extend it to also be a part of the body without gluing on additional pieces. Hence the guitar is only 3 pieces of wood glued together. To my knowledge, no other luthier uses this technique for guitar construction. You can see this clearly in the image below.
The use of Verawood is also unique as I’ve never seen it used in an electric guitar before. Another stunning piece from Michael.
